Luma is an original-character companion app published for a worldwide App Store audience.
Chats, journal entries, and remembered facts are saved locally with Apple’s SwiftData. They are used only to continue your conversations. Deleting the app, or using Settings → Delete all chats, memories, and journal, removes them from the device.
If you tap the microphone (a Luma Plus feature), iOS may use the microphone and Apple speech recognition to turn speech into text. Luma does not keep audio recordings. You can decline the permission and type instead.
Auto-renewing subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card number.
Luma does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information.
Because conversation data stays on your device, we do not operate a Luma chat server. Apple may process purchase receipts in the country of your Apple ID.
Luma is intended for ages 12 and up. It is not directed at children under 13.
