Luma offers fictional companion characters, on-device chat memory, a journal, and optional spoken replies. Companions are entertainment. They are not medical, legal, or emergency services.
You must be 13 or older, and the app is designed for a 12+ audience. Do not use Luma for sexual content or to seek help that requires a human professional.
Luma Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. It unlocks extra time and features: removal of the daily free message cap, spoken replies, and the companion Moth. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. All sales of digital subscriptions follow Apple’s terms.
You are responsible for what you type. Do not use the app to request illegal activity or sexual content involving anyone. We may refuse those prompts in-app.
Juniper, Sol, Kite, Moth, and the Luma name are original to this app. Luma is not affiliated with other companion products.
The app is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for conversation outcomes or decisions you make after using Luma.
